According to Novyny.live: An auction has been announced for the sale of apartments and commercial premises within the Costa Fontana residential complex in the Odesa region. The starting price for the entire portfolio is set at approximately 157.5 million Ukrainian hryvnias. The auction itself is scheduled for February 17–18, 2026, with the deadline for bidder applications falling in mid-February of that year. This sale represents a significant portfolio opportunity in a key Ukrainian coastal region.
The sale, managed by the public joint-stock company 'Holding Company 'Kyivmiskbud', consists of several distinct lots. These include:
- A restaurant space covering 2,060 square meters, with a starting price of 82.4 million hryvnias;
- Premises designated for a fitness center, spanning 1,339.1 square meters, listed at 56.24 million hryvnias;
- Four three-room apartments, with areas ranging from 90 to 105.3 square meters, carrying individual starting prices from 4.41 to 5.16 million hryvnias per lot.
Market Impact and Investment Potential
The Costa Fontana complex is already operational and fully connected to municipal utilities, offering immediate usability for buyers. This is a notable auction as it involves a completed, income-generating asset in a major urban area.
The upcoming February 2026 auctions are poised to be a major event for the Odesa region's property market, attracting attention from both investors and end-users. Such sales can act as a catalyst for regional market development, providing a chance to acquire assets with clear potential for operation or resale.
A successful sale of these lots could signal growing investor confidence in Odesa's residential and commercial property sector, potentially influencing price trends and the broader economic climate in the region.
