Russia is pulling forces from the east: why this is dangerous for Ukraine.

Fierce battles are ongoing in Sumy region, during which Russian forces are trying to force Ukrainian troops to retreat from the eastern front. The commander of the Georgian Legion, Mamuka Mamulashvili, emphasized that any territorial concessions in favor of Russia are unacceptable, and negotiations without the participation of Kyiv are illegitimate.According to Mamulashvili, Russia is trying to help itself by withdrawing Ukrainian forces from the east in order to have the opportunity to enter Donetsk. He stressed that provoking the Ukrainian state will not go unanswered, as Ukraine is fighting for its territory within recognized borders.Mamulashvili emphasized that any negotiations between Trump and Putin without including Ukraine have no legitimacy. This may violate international law and undermine trust in diplomatic agreements. Ukrainian forces continue to repel attacks from Russian troops on their territory, having liberated one of the villages in Sumy region from the occupiers.
