Expected Heat in Ukraine
According to meteorologist Igor Kibalchych, a heatwave is expected in Ukraine in the coming days, with temperatures in some places rising to +36...+37 degrees Celsius. However, this heat will not last long, as a drop in temperature is anticipated by the end of the week.
Weather for the End of the Week
On Thursday, June 26, the meteorologist predicts sunny weather without precipitation for most of the country. Only at night in the northeast and during the day in the extreme west, brief thunderstorms are possible. In the Carpathians, wind gusts of up to 15-20 m/s may occur. Nighttime temperatures will range from +13...+19 °C, while daytime temperatures are expected to reach +23...+29 °C. In the south and in Transcarpathia, there is a 100% chance of temperature rising to +31...+36 °C.
The weather at the end of the week in various regions of Ukraine will vary, with sunny weather and possible brief thunderstorms. The heat of +36...+37 degrees, although temporary, will require preparation for hot days.
