A cold snap is approaching Ukraine: when to expect it and how long it will last.
Ukraine is expecting a significant drop in temperature
According to the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center, from April 5 to April 9, a significant drop in temperature is expected in Ukraine. This will affect the western and northern regions of the country, but it will be noticeable throughout the territory. After April 9, the temperature will rise again in a more spring-like manner.
Rain is also expected in the eastern regions in the last days of March and at the beginning of April. Despite the rain, the air temperature will remain high. However, some regions of eastern Ukraine may not feel the decrease, while the western and northern parts will again experience freezing temperatures at night and slight daytime maxima.
On Friday, March 31, mostly cloudy weather with clearings is expected in most central and southern regions, while significant rains may occur in Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, and Kharkiv regions.
