According to him, all the intellectual legacy of the Soviet Union is located in Ukraine. He believes that Russia uses the information it received from the Soviet Union. Ukraine, on the other hand, continues to develop its own missile program. In his opinion, Ukrainian missiles will soon be able to attack Russian airfields and strategic facilities at a distance of 500 km.
Khrapchinsky noted that the active development of the Ukrainian missile program helped the West to give permission for the use of this weapon against Russia.
He wished that Ukraine would develop as Israel and Korea did, which actively developed their productions to have the ability to defend themselves and attack strategic targets of Russia without permission. Khrapchinsky named several Ukrainian companies that can engage in the creation of new weapons.
