The MP predicted when Russia would be ready for a large-scale offensive.

The Secretary of the Committee of the Verkhovna Rada on National Security, Defense and Intelligence Roman Kostenko reported that Russia does not have the capacity to begin a large-scale offensive in a month. He confirmed that the occupiers have plans for an offensive, but they will not be ready until at least mid to late summer.

Is it (Russia) ready for an offensive in a month? Definitely not. And if we talk about the entire front, there is no army capable of advancing simultaneously over 800-1000 km. It is an unrealistic scenario to have the means to break through such a front.

Kostenko also noted that Russia may expand its controlled territories, especially after the release of reserves near Kursk. He added that the Russian Federation plans a new offensive to strengthen its position in negotiations for a ceasefire.

The Armed Forces of Ukraine managed to repel attacks by Russian forces near Andriivka in the Donetsk region, but the enemy continues to operate in Milove, Pyatykhatky, and Mali Shcherbaky. Additionally, the highest number of Russian attacks since 2025 has been recorded.

Russian troops have also advanced near Kam'yanka and in the village of Topoli in the Kharkiv region.
