According to sources from The Telegraph, profits from frozen Russian assets may be used as part of a contribution to a new military fund. EU foreign ministers do not yet have complete information about Trump's plan.
Willingness of states to buy weapons for Ukraine
NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte noted that eight member states have signed a scheme to purchase American weapons for Ukraine. The central NATO fund will be supplemented by European countries and Canada to purchase weapons and ammunition as per the Ukrainian government's list.
