There is also demand in the labor market for electricians, seamstresses, plumbing locksmiths, and electric gas welders. The greatest shortage is observed in technical and working professions. This was stated by Deputy Minister of Economy Tetiana Berezhna.
President of the Confederation of Employers Oleksii Miroshnychenko noted that young people are increasingly losing interest in technical and working professions, which creates a disbalance in the labor market. By 2025, Ukraine will face a shortage of more than half a million qualified workers, which will be a serious challenge for the country's economy.
