Attacks on the Kherson Region

According to UATV: On July 14, 2023, Russian forces continued their assaults on the Kherson region, striking a public bus with a drone and injuring three people. Those individuals were subsequently hospitalized. Other attacks in the area also caused additional casualties.

In central Kherson, a civilian car was hit by Russian troops, leaving one man wounded. Separately, a woman in the city center was targeted by a Russian unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) and also required medical treatment in a hospital.

Large-Scale Strikes Across Ukraine

During the night of July 14, the Russian military launched a broader offensive against Ukraine, deploying eight ballistic missiles—including Iskander-M and S-400 systems—fired from Russia’s Bryansk region. Two Kh-59/69 guided air missiles were also launched from temporarily occupied Crimea. In addition, Russian forces unleashed 135 Shahed attack drones and other UAV types, signaling an intensification of combat operations in the area.
