Strikes Across the Dnipropetrovsk Region
According to UATV: On July 14, 2023, Russian attacks on the Dnipropetrovsk region left eight people injured. The assaults targeted five districts, including Nikopol and Kryvyi Rih. Six individuals were wounded in the Nikopol district, while two men sustained injuries in the Kryvyi Rih district.
Scope of the Attacks
The strikes, carried out using drones, artillery, and aerial bombs, were extensive, with nearly 50 attacks recorded. The shelling caused damage to:
- industrial enterprises
- a lyceum (secondary school)
- a private residence
- vehicles
The broader assault on Ukraine included eight Iskander-M/S-400 ballistic missiles and 135 attack drones.
This information was provided by Oleksandr Hanzha, head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration.
Local authorities are currently assessing the damage and providing aid to those affected.
These attacks underscore the ongoing escalation of the conflict in Ukraine, particularly in central and eastern regions where civilian populations suffer heavy losses. Strikes on infrastructure, such as schools and businesses, highlight how military actions disrupt daily life for local residents.
