Deadly Strike Hits Sumy Region
According to UATV: On July 3, Russian forces launched an attack on the Sumy community using guided aerial bombs, resulting in one fatality and four injuries. The assault caused extensive damage across the area, leaving homes and infrastructure in ruins. This incident is part of an ongoing conflict in Ukraine, where civilians in frontline regions face persistent danger from military strikes.
The sole fatality was a 79-year-old woman, whose body was discovered on the grounds of her severely damaged home. According to Oleh Hryhorov, she sustained critical wounds and died instantly. In addition to the casualties, approximately 15 private houses were damaged during the bombardment, highlighting the severity of the situation in the region.
