According to UATV: On July 3, Russian forces launched an attack on the Sumy community using guided aerial bombs, resulting in one fatality and four injuries. The assault caused extensive damage across the area, leaving homes and infrastructure in ruins. The sole fatality was a 79-year-old woman, whose body was discovered on the grounds of her severely damaged home. According to Oleh Hryhorov, she sustained critical wounds and died instantly.
