According to UATV: A large-scale forest fire in the Fethiye district of Turkey's Mugla province has prompted the evacuation of residents in the Inlice area, with hundreds of firefighters and aircraft deployed to contain the blaze. The fire ignited on July 22 and has since mobilized significant emergency response resources.

Firefighting efforts in Fethiye currently involve:

• 14 helicopters
• 5 aircraft
• 21 fire trucks
• 9 water tankers
• 3 bulldozers
• Approximately 200 emergency personnel

Fire crews are maintaining an intense assault on the flames from both air and ground, according to Idris Akbıyık, head of the rescue services.

In the adjacent Antalya province, a fire in the Kepez district is now under control, supported by 5 helicopters, 4 aircraft, and 12 fire engines. Meanwhile, in Afyonkarahisar province, firefighters extinguished a blaze after three hours of effort, though two vacation homes sustained damage.
