Lawyer Tetiana Kozachenko believes that the searches at the National Anti-Corruption Bureau conducted by the Security Service of Ukraine without a court order are 'banditry' and 'usurpation of power'. According to her, the law on cleansing power in Ukraine has not been fully applied, and the searches may be related to the integration of agents from Russia. She emphasized that such actions are authoritarianism and the influence of power without proper official court rulings. The lawyer believes that both the SBU and NABU are violating laws, and those responsible for this must be held accountable. She also believes that the Attorney General should not interfere in the activities of anti-corruption agencies without proper grounds. Earlier, the SBU uncovered a Russian 'mole' in NABU who was passing information to the benefit of Russian special services, and leaks of information from an enemy agent were also identified.
