Odessa Law Academy Launches Advertising Tender

According to Novyny.live: The National University 'Odessa Law Academy' has initiated a tender for a major advertising campaign ahead of the 2026 admissions season, with an initial projected budget exceeding 2 million Ukrainian hryvnias. The total value specified in the tender documentation is 2,043,949 hryvnias, including VAT. The bidding period for proposals ran from January 16th to January 24th, 2026. This substantial investment highlights the competitive pressures facing Ukrainian universities as they vie for new students.

Only one company, LLC 'Odesa-Presa', participated in the bidding process. The firm submitted a bid of 1,919,550 hryvnias, which undercuts the academy's expected cost by 124,399 hryvnias. Consequently, the university's actual expenditure for the project is set to be nearly 124 thousand hryvnias lower than originally planned.

Scope and Strategic Importance of the Campaign

The tender's objective is to secure services for placing informational content and advertisements across various media outlets, with all work required to be completed by April 30, 2026. Through this campaign, Odessa Law Academy aims to attract new applicants by boosting the institution's public profile and appeal. In Ukraine's higher education sector, such marketing efforts are increasingly critical for maintaining visibility and attracting top candidates.

This advertising initiative forms a key part of the university's broader strategy to enhance its competitiveness and draw in a larger pool of prospective students. Amidst growing rivalry among academic institutions, advertising plays a pivotal role in shaping a university's image and attractiveness. The final bid coming in below the projected cost may indicate effective tender procedures and competitive dynamics within the local advertising services market.
