Natural disaster in Odessa
According to inkorr.com: In Odessa, severe flooding occurred due to heavy rains. The city's utility systems sustained significant damage, and pumping stations were submerged due to excessive rainfall. Some roads became completely impassable, and public transport had to change routes.
Despite this challenging situation, rescue services are actively working to minimize the consequences. The mayor reported the death of one resident due to the downpour, and the search continues for a 23-year-old girl who went missing during the storm.
The situation in Odessa remains difficult as heavy rains complicate the work of services trying to restore normal life in the city. Residents are advised to stay cautious and avoid flooded road sections.
