900 occupiers eliminated in a day: General Staff published new data on Russian losses.

According to ТСН: As of the morning of January 4, 2026, the Armed Forces of Ukraine have eliminated 1,211,530 soldiers of the Russian Federation. Over the past day, another 900 military personnel have been destroyed.

This was reported by the General Staff.

Total combat losses of the enemy from 24.02.22 to 04.01.26 are approximately as follows:

• personnel — about 1,211,530 (+900) individuals

• tanks — 11,499 (+2)

• armored fighting vehicles — 23,855

• artillery systems — 35,756 (+12)

• MLRS — 1,590

• air defense systems — 1,268 (+1)

• airplanes — 434

• helicopters — 347

• tactical operational UAVs — 99,860 (+278)

• cruise missiles — 4,137

• ships / boats — 28

• submarines — 2

• automotive equipment and fuel trucks — 72,776 (+88)

• special equipment — 4,035

According to the report, Russian losses are increasing at a record pace over the last 10 months of 2025. Experts believe that confirmed figures only account for 45-65% of actual losses.

These figures indicate the continuation of a tense military situation in the region where the Armed Forces of Ukraine are conducting active combat operations. High losses for Ukrainian adversaries are a result of prolonged fighting that has lasted for more than three years. Given the dynamics, it is clear that the situation remains complicated, and further stages of military actions may have significant consequences for both sides of the conflict.
