Ukraine’s ‘Window of Opportunity’ Announced by Defense Minister: What It Means.
Statement from Ukraine’s Defense Minister
According to Novyny.live: During the broadcast of "Ranok.LIVE," Ukraine’s Defense Minister Mykhailo Fedorov highlighted a critical 'window of opportunity' for the country in the coming months. This topic emerged from the latest 'Ramstein' format meeting, which was held under the same theme. Fedorov stressed the urgent need to capitalize on this period to intensify operations:
“The 'Ramstein' meeting was held under the banner 'window of opportunity.' For now, we see this 'window of opportunity' in the months ahead. We are actively working to create new 'windows of opportunity' to compel the enemy toward a just peace.” - Mykhailo Fedorov
The minister also reported notable progress in reclaiming territory. In May, Ukraine restored control over more than 100 km² of land—significantly exceeding the area Russia managed to seize during the same timeframe.

Additionally, the United Kingdom plans to allocate frozen Russian assets to fund the purchase of Ukrainian-made drones. This move could serve as a major boost to Ukraine’s defense and security efforts.
