Ukraine is facing the spread of a dangerous plant that contains toxic sap. This plant, known as hogweed, is considered very dangerous to humans and the environment. It has a large stem, broad leaves, and white flower clusters that conceal its dangerous nature.
Contact with this plant leads to hypersensitivity of the skin to sunlight, burns, blisters, pigment spots, and scars. If sap gets into the eyes, there is a risk of loss of vision. Hogweed is particularly dangerous for children, who may not recognize it and risk hospitalization after contact.
Hogweed is becoming increasingly common in our forests and parks, creating a serious threat to those around. It is necessary to be cautious and avoid contact with this dangerous plant to protect your health.
