According to Novyny.live: Oschadbank has rolled out an update for its 'Mobile Oschad' application in 2023, introducing several key improvements designed to enhance the user experience. Among the most notable additions is a feature that allows customers to view a list of their purchased bonds, making it easier to monitor investments directly from their smartphones.

New Services in the App

The latest version of the app now includes three new service sections:

  • A 'Securities' section
  • A notification settings section
  • A promotions and special offers section

These tools give users greater control over their finances and provide timely updates on the bank's promotional activities. Oschadbank has emphasized its commitment to ongoing improvements aimed at refining the digital banking experience.

“We’ve updated Mobile Oschad! To make your smartphone banking more convenient, we’ve added three new options. We’re continuing to work on more updates to keep surprising you with fresh features!” – Oschadbank representatives.

Additionally, starting July 1, 2023, Oschadbank revised its service fees. Under the new terms, no commission is charged for cash deposits to accounts without a card via POS terminals, streamlining financial transactions. The bank has also introduced a separate process for changing PIN codes on Oschadbank cards, adding an extra layer of security for customers.

This update to the 'Mobile Oschad' app not only boosts functionality but also aligns with modern customer expectations for convenience and security in banking services.

The mobile app overhaul is part of Oschadbank’s broader strategy to modernize its digital offerings. As competition in the financial sector intensifies, these new features and enhanced security measures could play a key role in attracting new clients and retaining existing ones. Moreover, the revised fee structure may make banking products more accessible to a wider audience, further strengthening the bank’s reputation among consumers.
