Applications for postponement of mobilization from conscripted citizens must be considered by the Territorial Central Commission (TCC), even if the person is wanted due to violations of military registration. This was reported by lawyer Yuriy Aivazyan on the portal 'Yuristy.UA'.A citizen who is wanted by the TCC has the right to submit an application for a postponement of mobilization. This information was conveyed by the lawyer in response to an inquiry from one of his clients. If the commission rejects the application, it can be appealed in court. Additionally, Yuriy Aivazyan emphasized that in the case of being wanted, it is important to maintain contact with the TCC and be prepared to address issues through the judicial process.
