According to inkorr.com: A man from the village of Serebryntsi in the Mohyliv-Podilskyi district has been charged with hooliganism for shooting at children with an air pistol. According to the Vinnytsia Regional Prosecutor's Office, the man, while under the influence of alcohol, fired at two boys as they were leaving a store. Fortunately, no one was injured.

The man has been arrested under Article 208 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. He has been charged, and the issue of a preventive measure is being considered, while the crime weapon has been confiscated.
