The Ukrainian Pension Fund provided instructions on how to check video identification results. According to the PFU, there are two ways to find out about it.
To undergo video identification, a pensioner must submit an application via the PFU web portal or through the Contact Center. The application must include an email address. After that, the results of the video identification will be sent to this address.
If the pensioner specified their individual tax number in the application, they will have the opportunity to view information about the identification process in their personal account on the PFU web portal, in the 'My Requests' section.
