Ukraine has found itself on the front line of freedom and democracy, resisting Russia's aggression. The Director of the Center for Defense Strategies, Alexander Khara, emphasized that Ukraine's resistance is of great importance for civilization as a whole. He also noted that Russia has ambitions to become a hegemon, but Ukraine stands as a safeguard. An important stage in the formation of Ukrainian diplomacy took place in the 1990s with the signing of the Budapest Memorandum and subsequent pressure from Russia. The Russian Federation systematically violated international agreements and threatened with nuclear weapons. After the Revolution of Dignity, Ukrainians showed their will to live freely, which influenced the global perception of the country.Ukraine has become a classic example of resistance against Russia's imperial ambitions, outpacing its aggressive actions. Despite lost opportunities in the past, Ukrainians have great potential to create security on the European continent through their will to resist and innovative methods of warfare.
