3600 hryvnias per person: how to receive financial assistance from Estonia.
The Estonian Council for Refugees has started registration to provide financial assistance to Ukrainians affected by Russian aggression.
This support is aimed at residents of border regions - Zaporizhia, Donetsk, Luhansk, Kharkiv, and Kherson regions, who belong to vulnerable groups of the population.
'We provide multipurpose cash assistance to the most vulnerable categories of the population, which will help meet basic needs, including food and hygiene items. The amount of assistance is 3600 UAH per month for one family member for three months,' the message states.
Assistance is provided to single-parent families with children, breastfeeding women, pregnant women, large families, families with children under two years old, persons with disabilities of the first or second group, the sick, the elderly, and those who have lost their homes or suffered due to military actions.
The organization emphasizes that having a certain category is mandatory for participating in the program, but it does not guarantee receipt of assistance. Funds will be transferred to a bank account or issued in cash at bank or postal branches.
Applications can be submitted online via the link. Registration for residents of Donetsk region begins on March 22 at 9:00 AM, and for residents of Luhansk region on March 23 at 9:00 AM.
