Two Teslas for one family member? The family of a prominent MSEC member in Vinnytsia surprises with their car fleet.
Therapist Viktor Vlasyuk from Vinnytsia region purchased a Tesla Model S, 2021 model year, for 1.11 million UAH. This information was published in the register of declarations.
In the amended declaration before his dismissal from MSEC, a new car appeared. Previously, he had declared three electric cars: Tesla Model S, 2020 model year, worth 1.32 million UAH, which belongs to him personally, as well as a Tesla Model S, 2018 model year, worth 500 thousand UAH, and a Tesla Model Y, 2020 model year, for 1.49 million UAH, which belong to his wife Oksana Blanar, head of the City Diagnostic and Treatment Center.
After one of the declarations was published, the Tesla Model S, 2018 model year, disappeared, and a Tesla Model S, 2021 model year, appeared, which Vlasyuk purchased in May 2024.
Vlasyuk and his wife own two dozen properties, including three residential houses and 12 apartments in Vinnytsia and Kyiv. As of early February 2025, they had 1.4 million UAH in cash, as well as 158 thousand UAH, $2.2 thousand, and 302 euros in bank accounts.
Vlasyuk headed the Vinnytsia Regional Center for Medical and Social Expertise and the regional MSEC No. 1 for more than ten years.
Some former employees of the liquidated MSEC of Vinnytsia region filed a lawsuit for the payment of unpaid salaries for 2022. So far, victories have been won by Viktor Vlasyuk, Halyna Kachan from MSEC No. 2, and Inna Khymeryk from the Haysyn interdistrict MSEC of Vinnytsia region.
Vlasyuk won two court instances and will receive 105.1 thousand UAH in salary that was not paid to him. However, this money will be paid for six months of 2022.
