Ukraine Braces for Sudden Weather Shift: Forecasters Warn of Rain and Temperature Drop.
Ukraine Weather Outlook
According to Espreso.tv: Meteorologists are predicting a notable drop in air temperatures across Ukraine, accompanied by rain and thunderstorms in the western and northern regions, while southern and eastern areas are expected to remain dry. In the coming days, temperatures across the country will range between +17°C and +23°C.
Warm conditions will persist especially in the eastern and southeastern parts, where on June 13, temperatures are forecast to hit +26°C to +29°C. On the same day, brief thunderstorms are expected to sweep through eastern Ukraine. By June 14, rain and thunderstorms will move into the western, northern, and central regions, while the south and east will see no precipitation.
Kyiv's Weather Forecast
In Kyiv, Saturday is expected to be dry, but Sunday will bring rain and thunderstorms. Daytime temperatures in the capital will hover around +20°C.
“Temperatures will drop everywhere,” noted forecaster Natalka Didenko.
The cooling trend and accompanying thunderstorms could disrupt agricultural activities in Ukraine, particularly in the western and northern regions where the heaviest rainfall is predicted. Meanwhile, the stable warm weather in the south and east may support continued farming operations in those areas. Residents are advised to exercise caution during severe weather, especially during thunderstorms, to avoid potential hazards.
