Customers of Naftogaz of Ukraine can no longer submit their gas consumption readings through the Privat24 app. This method is currently no longer working - this information has appeared on social media under the company's post.
In response to a user's question regarding the inaccessibility of the gas meter readings submitted through Privat24, Naftogaz explained that this method is no longer supported. The company recommended using their online services to submit meter readings.
How to submit gas meter readings
Naftogaz customers can use the following methods to submit their readings:
- through their personal cabinet on the website my.gas.ua;
- in the GASUA chatbot on Telegram;
- in the Viber chatbot;
- on the Naftogaz website by specifying the personal account number;
- by sending a message to the short number 4647;
You can also submit readings through Naftogaz's contact center at the numbers: 066 300 28 88, 098 300 28 88, 093 300 28 88.
Furthermore, Naftogaz explained that some Ukrainians may be billed for more gas than they consumed, and clarified the reasons for this. It was also mentioned that there is a mandatory maintenance service fee for homeowners using natural gas.
