Police Officer Killed in Rubble in Kyiv — Ministry of Internal Affairs.
Duriing a Russian missile strike on Kyiv, police senior lieutenant Liliya Stepanchuk was killed, who had been serving in the capital patrol since 2017. Rescuers retrieved the body of the deceased from under the rubble of a high-rise building in the Svyatoshyn district, reported the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs confirmed that senior lieutenant of police Liliya Stepanchuk was killed while eliminating the consequences of the missile shelling of Kyiv. Rescuers found the police officer's body under the rubble during emergency rescue operations.
The deceased worked as an inspector of platoon No. 2 of company No. 3 of battalion No. 1 of the unit No. 2 servicing the left bank patrol police in Kyiv. She joined the police in 2017 and had extensive service experience.
