Dmytro Anatoliyovych Ihnatov, who died in Kursk on March 14, 2025, was a serviceman of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. His sister, Olena Dvoinishnikova, shared her memories of the fallen soldier. According to his sister, Dmytro was cheerful, kind, sincere, hard-working, and responsible.
Dmytro began his service to defend his Motherland in 2022. He participated in combat operations in Mykolaiv and in Kherson. His comrades respected Ihnatov for his bravery and dedication. In January 2025, he was transferred to the 80th separate airborne assault Galician brigade in Sumy region.
