Ukraine's Defense Minister Rustem Umerov, after his first year in office, noted a significant increase in mobilization rates and the introduction of digital solutions for military accounting. He noted that mobilization rates have tripled, and Ukrainian military training has become possible thanks to a fivefold expansion of capabilities.

"We have tripled the mobilization rates. And we have expanded the capabilities for training Ukrainian military personnel fivefold," Umerov said in a Forbes publication.

One of the important innovations was the introduction of the "Reserve+" application. Thanks to this service, almost 3.5 million Ukrainians received an electronic military registration document in a minute. Thus, the physical load on territorial recruitment centers has significantly decreased, and outdated Soviet processes have received an online alternative.

In addition, the Ministry of Defense created the "Army+" application for active military personnel, which is already used by 230,000 people. This application allows for electronic services, from submitting reports to digitizing health data.

Umerov also announced his intention to carry out a reform of territorial recruitment centers. "The next step is the reform of TRCs. We are also working on this," the minister noted.

He emphasized that the effectiveness of the Ministry of Defense in an armed conflict is assessed by results such as the number of successful combat operations, saved lives, and destroyed enemy equipment and occupiers.
