Violation of military registration - can several fines be issued.
Ukraine is under martial law and a general mobilization for men aged 25 to 60 who must adhere to military registration rules. A fine of up to 25 thousand UAH may be imposed for violating these rules.
The head of the legal service of the Kherson TCC and SP, Major of Justice Serhiy Myakentiy, explained that a conscript may receive several administrative fines for different violations at the same time, but only one fine will be imposed for the most significant violation.
The minimum fine for various violations is the same at 17 thousand UAH, so even in the case of multiple violations, only one fine will be issued. It was previously reported that the notification of the fine can be ignored.
