The bank does not have the ability to open a pension card online, only in offices. The opening procedure can be performed by the account owner or an authorized person with powers.

If the card's validity period has expired, a new card can be reissued by phone contact: 080021080.
Remote reissuing of the card through an operator is possible two months before the expiration date or one month after. Otherwise, one must go to the bank branch.
