The Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andriy Sybiha confirmed that Ukraine is not changing its position on direct negotiations with Russian President Vladimir Putin. In response to a question regarding the National Security and Defense Council's decision prohibiting direct negotiations, Sybiha noted that it is still in effect.
The minister also confirmed that Kyiv's position regarding U.S. President Donald Trump and potential initiatives concerning the war and negotiations with Russia remains unchanged. At the same Time, he emphasized that the National Security and Defense Council's decision regarding direct negotiations with Putin is currently in effect.
It was previously reported that Putin intends to dismantle NATO and control Ukraine.
