The President established 10 military administrations in part of occupied Donetsk.
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy has established 10 military administrations in the Russia-controlled part of Donetsk region. This was reported by 'Glavkom' citing presidential decree № 240/2025.
According to this decree, Mariupol and Volnovakha city military administrations were created, as well as several rural and settlement administrations.
In Mariupol district, Kalchytska rural, Mangush settlement, Mariupol city, and Mykilska settlement military administrations were established.
In the neighboring Volnovakha district, Staromlynivka and Khlibodarivka rural military administrations were created.
Additionally, based on the military-civil administrations, Volnovakha city, Myrne settlement, Olhyne settlement, and Sartana settlement military administrations were established.
It is worth noting that all 10 populated areas have been under temporary control of the Russian Federation since 2022.
Recall that on March 22, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy visited Donetsk region and met with military personnel near the legendary stele at the entrance to the region.
By the way, the regional commission on TEBS and emergency situations of Donetsk region has expanded the zone of forced evacuation for families with children.
