PrivatBank Introduces New Conditions for International Transfers
According to Novyny.live: Customers using Mastercard with PrivatBank can now benefit from updated international transfer policies, offering cashback rewards of up to 2,500 UAH. This initiative, running until May 25, 2026, encourages users to make SWIFT transfers under more favorable terms. For context, Ukrainian banks have been enhancing cross-border services to meet growing demand for secure and cost-effective international payments.
Key details of the new program include:
- A 250 UAH cashback reward for the first SWIFT transfer made by customers who haven’t used this service in over three months;
- A monthly lottery where 25 winners each receive 2,500 UAH, totaling 50 recipients across the promotion period.
To qualify, customers must activate the 'Privit' program in the Privat24 mobile app and complete a SWIFT transfer of at least 250 USD. All eligible transfers are automatically entered into the cashback draw. Winners are selected monthly via the random.org.ua service.
Impact on Customer Experience
These updated rules create new incentives for clients to use PrivatBank’s financial services more actively, rewarding them for international transfers. By offering cashback, the bank aims to boost engagement and transaction volume.
The changes are expected to significantly enhance the user experience, as the cashback program provides added motivation for making cross-border payments. In a competitive banking landscape, such initiatives help PrivatBank retain existing clients and attract new ones, ultimately strengthening its market position and financial performance.
