According to The Sun: The leader of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, who recently asked President Putin for resignation, was urgently hospitalized in Moscow.
Kadyrov, a 48-year-old 'pseudo-defender' known for his human rights violations - including allegations of kidnappings and torture, reached out to the dictator asking for resignation.
According to reports, he arrived in the Russian capital to participate in a meeting.
