The UN Security Council discussed the situation in Ukraine

On Friday, July 26, a meeting of the UN Security Council took place to discuss the situation in Ukraine. The main agenda items were preventing war and ensuring security.

According to information from Novyny.LIVE, the meeting was called due to violence from Russia that has led to a worsening humanitarian situation in Ukrainian cities.

Recently, Russian drones attacked Odesa, causing severe damage to infrastructure and architectural monuments in the city center. Kharkiv also fell victim to aggression, where Russian aviation dropped guided bombs on residential areas, leading to widespread destruction and threats to civilians.

We remind you that on July 25, Russian troops attacked Kharkiv, resulting in one death.

Also, on Friday, July 25, Russian invaders attacked Sumy.

The UN Security Council discussed a very serious situation in Ukraine, where military actions by Russia have caused suffering to the civilian population and exacerbated the humanitarian crisis.
