UAF destroyed the Kasta-2E2 radar station near Yevpatoria: details of the attack.
The Armed Forces of Ukraine carried out a successful attack on the radar station of the Russian troops near Yevpatoria in Crimea. After the drone attack, the station was remarkably unable to appear on radar, as reported by representatives of the 'Crimean Wind' channel, citing satellite imagery data.
The attack took place between August 6 and 11 in the area of the settlement of Khutir in the Saki district near Yevpatoria, where the Kasta-2E2 radar was located. As a result of a successful drone strike, the station was destroyed, and an object of similar size and appearance was noted at its site, which may be a new camouflage copy. This indicates the effectiveness of the Ukrainian forces' attack.
'Moreover, according to sources, the station stopped being detected after the attack,' the Crimea Wind journalists reported.
Recently, there have also been reports of increased activity of Russian troops on the beaches of Crimea, as well as possible preparations for attacks on the territory of Odesa region.
