According to UATV: On July 27, a missile strike using an S8000 projectile—also referred to as the 'Banderol'—struck the town of Balakliya in Kharkiv Oblast. The assault killed one man and injured eight other people. Local authorities have launched a pre-trial investigation on suspicion of a war crime, as the attack damaged residential buildings, medical facilities, vehicles, and public catering establishments.
