Fire on Rescuers During Cleanup After the Strike
According to inkorr.com: Today in Zaporizhzhia, a dangerous situation arose: rescuers working at the site after the Russian shelling became targets for new attacks from the occupiers. One of them sustained serious injuries, including cranial, mine-explosive, as well as spinal and knee joint injuries.
As a result of the shelling, firefighting equipment was also damaged.
Tragedy from the Mass Strike on Zaporizhzhia
Yesterday, Zaporizhzhia was subjected to a massive attack by Russian troops, which led to horrific consequences – a seven-year-old child was killed. Damaged houses and seven wounded individuals, including one rescuer, were the result of this attack.
One of the damaged houses belongs to the Dorosh family. After the explosion, the ceiling collapsed in their home, and the mother of seven-year-old boy Makary could not save him from the rubble.
Thus, the rescuers who eliminated the consequences of the Russian strike in Zaporizhzhia themselves became victims of shelling, resulting in injuries to people and the death of an innocent child. In such difficult times, heroism and the willingness to help others become especially important. The child's father, who had spent three years in Russian captivity, was taken to the hospital after sustaining numerous injuries. He is currently in intensive care in critical condition.
