Rescuers warn of bad weather in Ukraine: which regions will be affected.
Today, March 4, stormy winds are expected in Ukraine, with a yellow level of danger announced. This is reported by 'Glavkom' citing the State Emergency Service.
In the second half of the day on March 4, strong wind gusts of 15-20 m/s are expected in Kyiv, as well as in the western and northern regions. The weather will worsen on March 5, affecting most regions of Ukraine, except for Zakarpattia and the southern regions, according to the report.
Rescuers note that weather conditions may affect the operation of energy, construction, and utility companies, as well as traffic movement.
Recommendations for citizens:
- if possible, avoid being outside during wind gusts;
- do not park cars under trees and near unreliable structures;

As reported, the main flag of Ukraine, installed on the territory of the Memorial Complex 'National Museum of the History of Ukraine in World War II', has been temporarily lowered due to the forecasted bad weather.
It is reminded that today, March 4, meteorologists predict cloudy weather with clearings in Ukraine. No significant precipitation is expected. In the northeast and east of the country, there may be ice on the roads at night and in the morning.
