This feat was enabled by an innovative drone design and the use of semi-solid-state lithium polymer batteries boasting an energy density of 320 Wh/kg. Such endurance pushes the boundaries of what is possible for commercial and specialized drone applications.

Bell, who previously gained recognition for setting a world speed record in 2022, designed this drone to consume approximately 400 watts while hovering and 250 watts in forward flight.
