Russia attacked Ukraine with 145 drones and ballistic missiles: five regions affected.
Attack by Russian terrorists in Ukraine
On the night of March 8, 2025, Russian terrorists launched an attack using ballistic missiles, cruise missiles, and drones. The attack targeted Donetsk, Poltava, Kharkiv, Sumy, and Odesa regions.
The attack on enemy targets began from the Rostov region, Millerovo, Kursk, Shatalovo, Bryansk, Primorsk-Akhtarsk, and Chauda.
"As of 09:00, the downing of a cruise missile 'Iskander-K' and 79 strike drones of the Shahed type and other types in several regions has been confirmed," the message states.
It is also reported that 54 imitation drones were lost, but without negative consequences.
It is currently established that as a result of the attack, Donetsk, Poltava, Kharkiv, Sumy, and Odesa regions were affected.
It should be noted that previously, as a result of the shelling in Dobropillia in Donetsk, 11 people were killed, and another 30 were injured. In addition, houses and cars were damaged.
It is reminded that on the night of March 8, Zaporizhzhia also became the target of an attack by Russian terrorists.
The conflict in Eastern Ukraine has been ongoing for 1109 days.
