Russians attacked three regions at night: civilians killed, destruction reported.

Attacks on Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions

On the night of August 29, Russian troops shelled Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhia regions and Kherson. As a result of the attacks, civilians were killed, and residential buildings were damaged, reports FREEДOM.

In Dnipropetrovsk region, two people were killed, and three were injured. The head of the regional military administration, Serhii Lysak, reported that Ukrainian defenders destroyed 8 drones over the region. Fires broke out in Dnipro as a result of the attack, infrastructure facilities, a fire station, a gas station and cars were damaged. The enemy also attacked the Nikopol district with FPV drones.

'As a result of the drone attack on Dnipro, two people were injured, both were hospitalized. A 46-year-old man is in serious condition. A 69-year-old man is in moderately serious condition,' said the head of the OVA.

The Synelnykiv community was also shelled.

'The aggressor deliberately used drones. Unfortunately, two people died — a man and a woman. A 50-year-old woman was injured and received assistance on the spot,' reported Serhii Lysak.

Strike on Zaporizhzhia region

This night, Russians also shelled the Zaporizhzhia region. A 59-year-old man, a 70-year-old man, and a one-year-old child were injured. Medics provided the necessary assistance, reported OVA head Ivan Fedorov.

According to Fedorov, the enemy struck the settlement of Malokaterynivka four times, resulting in damage to residential buildings. Several private houses were burned, and the shock wave damaged nearby structures.

Shelling of Kherson

Also this night, Kherson was under fire from the Russian army. Three people were injured. The Dnipro district was hit, as reported by OVA head Oleksandr Prokudin. All injured with mine-explosive injuries were taken to the hospital.

On the afternoon of August 29, Russians also attacked the Dnipro district.

'Around nine in the morning, Russian invaders attacked the Dnipro district of Kherson with a drone. A 66-year-old man was hit. He was injured in a way that was not compatible with life,' noted the head of the OVA.

It should be noted that on the night of August 29, the Russian army carried out an attack on Ukraine using 68 strike UAVs of the Shahed type and various types of imitation drones.

These attacks indicate a continuation of aggressive actions by Russia against Ukraine, despite the efforts of the international community to de-escalate the conflict. The situation in the regions remains difficult, especially for the civilian population suffering from the consequences of shelling.
