Russia attacked Ukraine with 108 drones after the 'ceasefire'.
The militants struck Ukraine using drones
On the night of May 11, the enemy launched an attack on Ukraine with 108 Shahed-type unmanned aerial vehicles and drones of various modifications. This was reported by the publication 'Glavkom' citing the Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The drone attacks were carried out from various directions, including Bryansk, Shatalovo, Millerovo, Primorsko-Akhtarsk, Primorsky and Gvardeysky.
The defense against the air attack was provided by aviation, air defense, radiation, chemical and biological protection units, and mobile fire groups of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Currently, 60 strike drones of the Shahed type and other unmanned vehicles have been confirmed shot down in various directions from the mentioned cities. Another 41 imitation drones were lost without negative consequences.
Throughout the night, it was noted that as a result of the drone raid, objects in the Kyiv region were damaged. Fortunately, critical infrastructure objects remained intact.
As a result of the enemy's attack in the Brovary district, a man born in 1954 was injured. His condition is assessed as critical, and he is being provided with medical assistance at the scene.
It should be noted that drone attacks are becoming an increasingly popular method of conducting combat operations in modern military conflicts, considering their ability to carry out attacks from long distances and quickly fly over objects in the conflict zone.
