Russia has relocated hundreds of troops to Belarus: what is the threat to Ukraine.
Russian military exercises in Belarus are causing serious outrage among Ukrainian military officials and experts. Several hundred troops and equipment are already on the territory of the neighboring country, creating certain threats to national security.
Experts emphasize the potential for provocation and increased tensions in the region due to these exercises, which, in their opinion, may aim to destabilize the situation not only on the borders of Russia and Belarus, but also around NATO.
“This direction remains threatening for us. Because during these exercises, provocations or further security situation escalation regarding our country cannot be excluded,”
Russian-Belarusian exercises are causing serious outrage not only from the Ukrainian authorities but also in the international community. The situation is being monitored by experts from numerous countries in order to avoid conflicts and maintain peace in the region.
