New Digital Process for Cancelling Employee Reservations in Ukraine

According to Novyny.live: Ukrainian employers now have the authority to cancel their employees' reservation status by submitting a formal justification through state digital services. This new procedure is established by Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Decree No. 76, which grants company managers the right to revoke such reservations.

To cancel a reservation, a company manager must submit an official justification via the 'Diia' portal. The application for cancellation is processed within one business day. It is important to note that a cancellation request cannot be submitted more than once every five calendar days. Following data processing, the reservation is automatically removed.

Digitization of the Cancellation Process

The procedure for cancelling employee reservations has become fully digital, simplifying the entire process. As Mykhailo Lobunko notes,

"everything happens through the 'Diia' portal"
. This innovation is designed to optimize management processes within companies and ensure ease of use for state electronic services.

This change could significantly impact management processes in Ukrainian companies by streamlining the cancellation of employee reservations. The implementation of digital services in state affairs is part of Ukraine's broader strategy for digitalization and improving the business climate, which may lead to greater flexibility in corporate HR policies. This system allows companies to respond more swiftly to changes in staffing needs under current conditions. The 'Diia' portal is a central part of Ukraine's push to modernize government services and reduce bureaucracy.
