According to UATV: On March 11, 2023, Russian military forces launched attacks on Ukrainian territory, targeting the regions of Donetsk, Sumy, and Chernihiv. In Sumy Oblast, airstrikes killed two people and wounded three others. The attacks damaged an administrative building, warehouse facilities, a gas pipeline, and a transformer, severely disrupting the region.
The situation in Donetsk Oblast was even more severe, with four people killed and 23 wounded. Shelling damaged over 12 apartment blocks, two private houses, an administrative building, a cultural center, and several shops and shopping centers, inflicting heavy losses on the local population.
In Chernihiv Oblast, one man was wounded during the attacks. The strikes also ignited farm buildings and completely destroyed a grain storage facility. These events underscore the war's devastating impact on civilian life and the economy.
