Act of Terrorism at a Diaper Warehouse in Dnipro
The Prosecutor's Office of the Dnipropetrovsk region has initiated a pre-trial investigation into the war crime that led to a person's death. According to the mayor of the city, Boris Filatov, Russian forces shelled a warehouse of napkins and diapers. He considers this incident an act of terrorism that has no justification.
Analyzing the described events, one can see how Russian forces ruthlessly attack the civilian population and targets that are in no way related to the armed conflict.
