Rocket 'Oreshnik': why there will be no new strikes for at least six months

According to ТСН: The threat of repeated attacks by the 'Oreshnik' rocket in the near future is minimal, as the Russian military-industrial complex is currently unable to ensure serial production of these rockets.

Aviation expert Valeriy Romanenko emphasized on Radio NV that Ukrainians should not expect attacks of this type of weaponry in the coming months. The reason for this is the limited number of rockets produced.

'There will likely be no attacks with the “Oreshnik” for at least another six months,' Romanenko emphasized.

The expert also pointed out that the use of this rocket was more a show of force and intimidation than a systematic military strategy that the enemy could implement on a permanent basis.

Expert's Predictions

Romanenko confirmed his forecast based on information released by the head of the Main Intelligence Directorate. According to him, Russia has effectively gone all in, using experimental models of rockets.

'Mr. Kirilo Budanov said, I believe he has the relevant information, he is a qualified person and will not just announce that the Russians have no more than two such rockets,' the expert explained.

Taking into account that one rocket has already been launched into Ukraine, there is likely only one unit left in the Kremlin, or they have exhausted their supplies. Russia will need a considerable amount of time to produce new rockets of this type.

Statements by the President of Ukraine

The President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky emphasized that the strike of the Russian army with the 'Oreshnik' rocket on Lviv region was a challenge not only for Ukraine but also for the countries of the European Union.

He noted that the use of medium-range ballistic missiles near the borders of the EU demonstrates a threat to European capitals and underscores the need for a collective defense system.

Currently, the situation with the production and use of 'Oreshnik' rockets indicates the limitations faced by the Russian military-industrial complex. Experts believe that this sequence of events may affect the strategy of the Russian armed forces, while the international community pays attention to the threats from the aggressor.
